As an Owner’s Rep, EDP’s scope of work is customized according to the Owner’s goals and objectives. Responsibilities typically include feasibility analysis, market studies, due diligence research, construction document reviews, estimation comparisons, construction management, budget oversight, schedule monitoring and compliance, draw disbursements, quality control, and/or project close out to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
